Baking Kefir Cake

On Thursday morning, as part of their activation activities, the clients of Ivančice Home traditionally set out to bake a delicious kefir cake. The recipe for this treat was shared by one of our clients, making it a truly tried-and-tested family recipe. In the afternoon, the clients enjoyed the cake with coffee and conversation in the garden.
