We are looking for a practical or general nurse to join the SeniorGarden team who wants to provide quality nursing care while seeing each client as a unique individual. Your expertise, attentiveness and kind approach will help our clients live their later years safely, with dignity and with the highest possible quality of life.
What awaits you?
- Providing nursing care within the scope of your professional qualification
- Regular monitoring and evaluation of clients' health status
- Preparing and administering medication, dressing wounds and performing other professional procedures
- Collaborating with doctors, other healthcare professionals and the direct care team
- Maintaining medical and nursing documentation
- Methodological support and supervision of staff providing direct care to clients
- 12-hour day and night shifts

- Professional qualification to work as a practical or general nurse
- Willingness to help others and a respectful approach to seniors
- Empathy, patience and the ability to recognize clients' individual needs
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Responsibility, diligence and reliability
- Clean criminal record
What do we offer?
- Permanent employment contract
- Gross salary of CZK 52,000 paid on a regular payday + statutory bonuses
- 13th salary when conditions are met
- Regular annual salary increase
